Here in town in about 1985 or so, Rob Pomeroy was in his 69 Z/28 on Napa St. at the 5th St. West intersection (in front of Wells Fargo Bank). He wound it up and dumped the clutch and it exploded. The disc flew out and went kitty corner across the intersection and broke the windows at De Martini's Arco and stuck a piece of it into the tailgate of Luke Ammann's "Grape Ape" Ford truck. Luckily no one got hurt.
