Two, it's there way to make them feel a bit more happier with the way they look. :)

Three, it's their life not ours, so if the doctor fucks it up they will obviously feel bad, and we don't need to critise them, no I am not saying that everyone is.

WOW Blake lively what a great add for a nose job. in many cases I think oh ok fine they got a nose job and it looks ok but not a great improvement or it looks absolutely fake. But blake lively who was still pretty with her old nose does really jump a notch just by losing that extra bit at the end. But in many many of the others I prefer the natural look. I dunno I find the whole beauty industry a bit out of control between make up, photo shopping and plastic surgery. it is all so unnatural.

I think Angelina Jolie was at her hottest in her undiscovered phase. I saw her in hacker and thought WHY isn't that girl already hugely famous. In a B movie called Cyborg 2 she to my eyes perfect in that movie. its pre-all the marking up and mutilation and before her cultivating her veiny hands which she loves. I don't know if plastic surgery is morally correct or incorrect, but I saw part of a nose job surgery done on TV and really, just kudos to them because of their immense courage. I almost puked after looking at how they cut off the centre part of your nose to put in the bridge. Which makes me conclude that I am happy with my less than perfect nose, and would never go for a nose job.
