If Canada was included as a Democrat area (what would happen if it was included as a single state) then there would be a state bordered only by a state of a different partisanship, Alaska.

If Canada did become part of the United States (not going to happen)then it would be not be as one state but as 10-13 (the provinces and teritories).

Canada is like the U.S. in regards to politics. In the U.S. the North is more blue and the south is more red. In canada the east is blue and the west is more red

One sorprising event is Indiana, a red state that is being very competitive.I think this is going to be a "to close to call" state, and probably would have a decisive influence over Ohio.Even thugh Indiana could go republican for a very small margin.

Presently USA is the worlds poorest country regarding the load of loans it has to bear, going up with daily $ devaluation. How can USA get out of this crisis? Don't forget that Mccains an oil shill along with that Alaskan lady (who put a small 90,000 population town she was mayor of in debt $20 million and sued a wildlife foundation for acknowledging the polar bears are endangered because she's an oil shill).

mcain says he will lower the gas prices but actually it won't make much difference. drilling off the coast will affect the prices by a decimal such as .5. in science we are currently discussing the topic. offshore drilling will also kill many animals and what have they done that makes us want to end there lives? know i could go on & on but i won't. if mcain wants more supporters he's gotta go green. electric and fuel cell. Go OBAMA!!!

In the short run offshore drilling won't matter much, but in the long run it would have a major impact, say, 10 years down the line. The environmental impact is of course the other side of the coin0 I'd suggest doing it only incrementally and assessing the environmental impact at each stage before moving on. I'm not worried about a few animal lives. Humans' standards of living is more important.
