  • And that kids is how kids you where made ^^

  • what just happened?

  • Oh my goodness, you are so talented. And the best part is, it's not just random, it has a message. I wish I could do stuff like that!

  • Your animations are amazing, I laughed so hard when I watched this and at the same time it has so much meaning. I can't stop watching them!

  • how do u make the clay stay in the air

  • I loved this song so much,I looked up The Flaming Lips and now they're my favorite!!! :D

  • wt clay do you use please reply and good job

  • i like how the yellow is just quiet then spikes pop out i think its funny

  • oh.my.god.this is the most amazing claymation i have ever seen..... you should be doing way bigger things than just making videos on youtube

  • hahaha its a chain

  • m_) is this Sculpey III? or how have you ever used cernit, perhaps?

I always wondered what clay was, sorry if this is the thousandth time being asked.

  • I really like how you use the more subtle sound effects, it just makes the whole thing so much better. Oh and I just noticed this now, and I'm not sure if you intended it, but I liked how you made the ending two fighting colors different from the beginning, but they would still end up the same color as the original... sort of like a new generation that appears different but will end up with the same values. Either way, absolutely pro work.

  • yoshemi battles teh pink robots by the flaming lips

  • thanks

  • I love how its awesome and it has a meaning... brown colour knows what happens when fighting and at end it goes to break up pink and blue :P even if that isnt reason its my reason lol

  • Thank you. Yessa, you're right on with the meaning!

  • Yes! lol your videos are sweet, they're so smooth

  • @Mackmation intense creativity!!

  • Wow! This is really smooth and elegant.

  • YAY! your videos are as good as badideapictures(knox) only no blood and no cusses!

  • sweet, but did you spell violent like that on purpose? or did you mean violet?

  • This is really great! If only I could MAKE videos... :(

  • That was fantastic, there are so many great character details that really bring those blobs alive. I especially love the bits where they twist up into those long arms and wave about. I'm curious, how long did this take you?

  • Thank you! On and off between class work, about 1 month.

  • MacKenzie, no, more like MacKawesome

  • love this video best by far you should make more like this im making one like this called you are what you eat when little yellow shapes come up to a green blob and the blob eats all them until it becomes yellow

  • i dont get y everyone likes mamsham.

these r better and gots a PLOT dang it!

    best animations on youtube.

and some of the few with a PLOT dang it!

  • coolest vid ever!!!!

  • Wow. Thats amazing animation.

  • You're a friggin genious

  • U SHOULD DO A WHOLE SERIES!! RED AND BLUE!! THE ONES THT ROLLED BI AT THE END!! and they form together to make a beautiful purple..then a green and orange roll or somethin!! and the story keeps going!

  • m_) brilliant, probably my fav after the wolf one.

m_) the wall: cloud-like with wonderful shape , what is it made of?

  • Thankya! That was a 3D Design project I made from a block of plaster.

  • I really do not know why you don't have more views. You do the best clay mation of anyone I have ever seen. You tube or elsewhere.

I have no idea what is cooler, the fact you can make the clay look like it is a breathing object or that it can come right at you and hit your screen.

If only it would be so easy to turn things into 3D, this would look so cool. Keep up the great work!

  • what do you use to edit? Premiere?

  • freakin amazin... I love your videos! I just subscribed! SO COOL! 5 stars!

  • omg, thats absolutely amazing!!!

  • Are you some kind of wizard?

BTW how many frames are in one second of this film?

  • probly about 24

  • Coool, loving the camera angles and when the clay splats on the screen.

  • have u tried diff colors? tht looks rlly kool

  • Ah, I recognize some of this from the 2008 Showreel.

Awesome job! Your claymation always makes me chuckle.

  • Hahahaha! at 1:19 looks like Dots the candy!

  • cool the flaming lips great band!

  • how did u do this???? real animation filming or frame by frame or texturing?

  • its stop motion all of those are pictures put in to one so it looks like it is moving it takes for ever so its frame by frame

  • your crazy, this stuff is amazing

  • very good. the animation is brilliant!

  • love the end :)

  • just wondering....

why did you feel it was nessisary to add music to a claymation with good sound effects? I'm sure the sound FX would have been excellent if the music was not there to cover them up.

  • This animation was built around the music, actually. I never actually even had sound effects for this until now, but it was still about the music. I wanted the sound effects to just bring the audio/visual connection together, but not take over, so the music is still the main sound.

  • dude you are freekin... just indescribeable (incorrect spelling) you're amazing!!!! whats the song??

  • this is amazing!

  • this isnt only great animation, i love the story!

  • Lol I love the choice for music :). I heard it playing in my sisters car so it's a bit more entertaining for me to hear it in something like this. Love it!

  • brilliant, brilliant.

  • Yeah, what kind of clay did you use for this?

  • This was Sculpey III oven bake clay.

  • An amazing story,

    emotion in blobs of clay,

    this is absolutely incredible!

  • im so glad the origanal music is back up! such a great animation!

  • the out of breath breathing was terrific...great job all around

  • MackMation, I would get rid of the music on this. Because, if you want to be a partner, you MUST NOT have any audio made by someone else (at least someone with a label).

  • Extremely well animated!

    5/5!

  • Did you use sculpey?

  • crazy! Animations with no plots rule! keep up the good work! ; )

  • Could you please tell me what type of clay you use? Thanks. Please reply, I plan on making my own claymations sometime.

  • great remake!

i love the new song (the flaming lips rock) and the sound affects rock!

  • Fantastic animation!!!

  • Could you please do some tutorials on how you make the clay disapear? And how the brown clay sucks up the other clay? (That was so cool!) I never knew how to do these things in my claymations. It will help a lot if you did make some. Thank you!

  • Yeah I probably should do some tutorials at some point. Not sure how soon I could, but it's not a bad idea!

  • tat was awsome =D

  • Awesome! The feeling of natural motion you created here is just amazing, stylish and very cool! Get this one into that BigStar contest also. (you can enter as many as you want)

  • Thank you, Ron! Yeah I'll submit it to the contest, sure!

  • Amazing dude.

  • genius

  • Awesome job once again!

  • Awsome job! Great animation, it's really smooth! I like how the brown gets created from both of them! What kind of clay did you use for this animation?

  • Thanks! I used Sculpey III for this one.

  • Cool, it looks really nice. Oh, and I forgot to say: Awsome music choice! It's perfect.

  • I watched this three times and its still amazing, truly great work! five stars

  • howd you get the sound fx?

  • I thought blue and yellow made green, what's goin on here??

  • It's yellow and violet, not blue. They are complimentary colors, and therefor they combine to create brown. The title explains it all :P

  • loved it

    5 stars

  • How did you make the background? It is awesome.

  • nice job!

  • Very nice.

  • The background really defines the animation, and its strange how a simple rapid rise and fall motion is instantly recognisable as breathing.

  • Thanks! Yeah it's good how the small, simple things can still read well to the viewer.

  • I love the Flaming Lips! Good to see some other animaters who like good music. And you can't get much better than Yashimi battles the pink robots!

  • Awesome animation as always! Brilliant 5 stars!

  • i love this song,

  • and btw the song is awsome

  • glad your back dude

  • what frame rate is this???

  • Between 15 and 20 fps for most of this one.

  • kool

  • Awesome man!
