doing la la la la is easiest for me, but its like...i have to switch between my head and chest voice to do this. merrrr, i knew i couldn't do it, but at least i tried :)
You can also try: "may me ma mo moo mo ma mo me" thats what we do in my choir. but useing a varity of different sillibles on these warm ups keep them fresh so try a bunch of them. and make a playlist with these videos and mix up the order to try to give your self a challange."zay ze zao zoo zay zao ze" is another good one :3 good luck people happy singing
We do this in concert choir, this is one of our basic warm ups. Had no idea it was advanced

It's also good to use Fa's, Ta's, Ka's, Za's, etc.

Nice, I'll try it with "R" and "M" for warm up to see how it works and then with syllables.
Thank you so much!

Love the comment by MsSnarkySparky. I will certainly use those words when singing my scales.

And instead of ah's or oh's or zay's, there's always this!
Mama made me mash my M&Ms.
Daddy made me eat them anyway.

@187UmKillaa Perhaps try singing individual vowels on each pattern, for instance; ee, eh, ah, oh, oo
