I heard this same sound one morning passing the zoo in amsterdam...until now I never realised it was a Gibbon...that awesome little shimmy at the end of the call is mesmerising.

Thanks for posting...this call is unlike any other Gibbon call I have found on youtube. Made my day.

this is well good, i loved gilbert as well...he always used to nick ice from the freezer :-D i never got a video of him singing though, tis brilliant!
