I know hemant dhawan and his family in Puttaparthi, India, to have raped an innocent girl and fondled a poor boy's private parts below. What a biased bitch, she made "Traditional braces" sound sooo bad. You get no enjoyment out of finishing your treatment because you'd know what you look like without invisalign. I don't know if that's weird but I think braces are cute, and you get to be excited when you get them off. These you pop on and off woopdidoo.

Can you switch from Traditional Braces to Invisalign? I currently have to wear my traditional braces for 3 years and they cost around $20,000 including extractions & surgeries. Would Invisalign be more cheaper? because i dont want to have traditional braces during my graduation.

@hsmlover09 stick with braces, because it will benefit you in the long run. the final result of invisalign doesn't last, you have to keep wearing the trays everyday, basically until you die. with braces, once they're off, they're off. and as for the retainer, you wear that for a couple of months, and you only have to bother with them a couple times a year.

This would take so much commitment, having to put it on for all but 2 hours of the day. You'd need to seriously be dedicated and need to make sure you brush and floss after each meal.

Thinking of how often I snack, this may prove a challenge. But it may also keep my teeth in better shape.

I'm 29 so I don't really wanna get braces at this age.

I have my second tray now. it depends on ortho you go to. I'm only paying $4500 and it will take me 72 weeks. My case was very difficult. It actually doesn't matter how bad your teeth are, invisalign needs to get you done in two years, it's the point to not keep holding you to monthly payment, cost is fixed. No matter how bad your teeth are, computer will work it :)

@zfuhao what are your teeth like? because 2 orthodontists in my area told me invisalign would not work for my teeth. my bottom teeth are VERY crowded. I just do not want traditional braces. lemme know how your invisalign is working out for you

@ciresica2000 its a hard plastic tray that you change every 2 weeks. unlike regular trays like bleaching trays which fits perfectly on your teeth, the invisalign tray is positioned on you teeth to the way it wants your teeth to move so its on your teeth but the way its made, it will pull and align your teeth into proper position. after 2 weeks your teeth will perfectly fit the tray and you move onto the next tray. and you keep doing it until you completed all your trays

Think about traditional braces, how often are they tweaked? With Invisalign you get new trays every 2 weeks, its constantly being "pulled" the way it should to "align" your teeth...
