@moraygirl1 Traditionally, the harp was a woman's instrument, so it could be reasonably assumed that, when one heard harp music, that it was a woman playing it.

This was the AMERICAN dubbed version. The show was originally made by a japanese company called Nippon Animation and the name of the show was originally called Grimm's Masterpiece theater. It was dubbed in the late 80s.

@Kerriangel I have very long hair myself (not as long as Rapunzel's obviously) but I'm very attached to my hair. When I had the chance to cut my hair for locks of love a couple of years ago, I got really scared and almost chickened out.

Ohh, this is the Rapunzel thing I saw as a little kid. I didn't know it was drawn anime style. I remember only when the witch cuts off Rapunzel's hair, the prince goes blind when falling in thorns, him wandering around blind, and the tears with healing powers. Wow, that is trippy that Rapunzel and the prince actually slept together.
