  • I am always inspired by volunteers, non-profits, like those in ACET AIDS foundation that I started 24 years ago, now in 23 nations. People do these amazing things because they believe that their time will make a difference to someone, somewhere who needs their help. If you can tap into just 1% of that same passion in the workplace, your team motivation will soar and you will change the world.

  • I hope you enjoy this video - was really inspired by ServiceMaster visit. They have amazing ways to motivate teams to do really unpopular jobs like cleaning rest rooms / toilets.

  • The classic way to motivate people to do unpopular jobs is to offer them a choice of jobs. No matter which they select, the fact that they themselves selected it seems to motivate them.
