Barack Obama connects with people especially the youth, the generation of openness, diversity, change and unity. So what his pastor said what he said, I disagree with most of the things my parents believe in, but ignorance/rigidity of some of the older generation hasnt hindered Obama but given him the knowledge of how the dynamics of society really work. This man isnt just intellectual, but uses his intellect and more importantly spirit to provide the vision of 'what can be' not just 'what is'.

I'm 22 and this will be my 2nd time voting in a Presidential Election (I voted for Kerry in 2004). I will be voting for Obama in my State's Primary and hopefully the general election. This is such a beautiful tning. This won't be easy. It's not enough for YOU to go and vote, take someone WITH YOU when you go to the polls. Preferably the most politically uninvolved person you know. Wake them up and get them to the polls. If they aren't registered, get them registered. Each one can reach one. I know we all want to do something. I know that I can at least do this.
