Hey how do u stopmotion the spy's face at 0:45 while u move his arm? i know that its done by masking :P. But how exactly? i can't seem to find any tutorials. Please reply fast :)

He took a bunch of screenshots where the Spy says stuff with his mouth, and later used Fraps to record GMod while moving the Spy's arm. Malcis then took all the screenshots and placed them in order with the sound clip "Let us move." He then took the arm movement clip and cut out the part where only the arm is moving, so that the first half of the video is Spy saying things using stopmotion, and the other half is the Spy's arm moving.

I won't make a tutorial, though. Go search...

You can't kill Painis Cupcake. Actually, Vagineer can, he has a very slightly higher power level (Painis Cupcake's is 9001 while Vagineer's is 9002), and even then it would take a huge, 20 minute battle.
