it's changed now, you have to trade the person then right click on the item that your gonna lend then press lend. :)

Actually the year you commented in was 2010; 1 month ago from Febuary is January 19. :).

It has indeed changed-trade the person you want to lend to/get an object lent from and then right click the item in in your inventory and click lend and some options will appear.

when it says item cant be lent, it just means that the particular item u wanna lend is unlendable eg. (obby maul) try another item. all metal items bronze-dragon are lendable

If you are lent an item for 1-24 hours, you will have the item for the set amount of time after the trade is completed, For example:

If you complete the trade at 1:00 and the item was lent for 1 hour, even if the other player logs out at 1:30 the item will be returned to him at 2:00.
