"Big Cinema" is a translation of a German saying. Since it's German slang, it doesn't translate well to English. It's kinda like when Snoop Dogg says something is, "Da Shiznit!" We all know what it means, but it wouldn't translate well to German.

Großes Kino ---> Big Cinema is a funny German "remark","proverb" or "saying" for somthing huge or a well done perfomance. But Tom didn'n know, that you can't translate this one by one in another language. It does not make sense for you. But for us Germans it´s really funny, like the most comments of Tom
