  • I think I just will get it to play Simon and Garfunkel while playing.

  • very very good review.... but i only have 1 Q: How does this thing only have 2,480 views?

  • I think the game for PC is totally improved compared to the console one :S

  • "i rule at shooters...*BOOM*...bitch."

incredible review, you guys are gold

  • when u tell them to go somewhere they all cant fit into that 1 foot space that u say they go to that grid.

  • I like this game, I find the Hardcore mode easy, Me and my buddy are always asked by our friend to help them beat the game on hardcore when they get the game. I liked this review.

  • @501joshb hhaa lol on witch platform you play? console or PC?

  • @AtomicFreerun console, don't really like PC

  • I have ordered this game but it has yet to arrive, I am just wondering, what are some of the controls that make it complicated?

  • The best review on Dragon Rising so far. Excelent Work Bravo one!

  • Hats off for a really good review, cheers!

  • @brattfreke Thanks dude, much appreciated! :)

  • Nice :P

  • Actually, alot of these problems are fixed by a guy called TemplarGFX, he added Freelook for vehciles, got rid of post-processing (sepia tone), improved AI by miles, improved vehicle handleing and made a kick ass free-roam mission called "island war", currently he is process of making Island War 2.0, and after playing "stability test" version it really brings out the best parts of game, and gets rid of bad parts. I recomend trying it if you havnt!

  • @thebestpioltever Is taht a PC mod or something? I only have it on the 360 but that sounds awesome! In my opinion the game was ruined by those little niggles and it put so many people off playing what could have been an amazing experience.

  • @GameTankTV It is a PC version mod, it's freakin awesome, the lighting is great and AI is so much better, and true free roam where you conquer the whole island

  • @thebestpioltever that sounds amazing! how would I go about acquiring this patch of what ever?

  • Never expected to see a flux capacitor in a zombie-themed FPS game. XD

  • That song will forever remind me of Watchmen now. XD That sepia tone motif would work well with a zombie/horror-themed FPS set in an alternate history 1950s storyline. Of course, there'd be no reflex sights.

  • @IggyHazard Yeah, maybe left 4 dead set in the 50s where Bill and the gang time travel and have to get back to present day? Could be called Left 4 the Future?!

  • this is like a tv show on youtube.

  • Wow, thanks, awesome comment! That's what we're aiming for, glad we're headed in the right direction :)

  • i'd never have the patience to film all of the stuff you guys do. game reviewers are usually wicked lazy. XD

  • awesome! Really, this one was great! You guys really deserve more subscribers and views!

  • Thanks dude, really glad you like it!

  • hmmm i never was a fan of shooters, but im getting interested in them with games like singularity

  • IanGT: I love shooters, so I get very critical over them! Singularity looks great, with Metro 2033 coming out too I wonder if there will be a slew of Russian based shooters coming out!

  • what about that other one from namco called inversion? is that a first person shooter? i could be wrong.

are you guys going to do a borderlands review with all the DLC? you should if you choose to do that.

  • I think that one is 3rd person but i havent heard much about it yet to be honest.

We did a little bit on Island Of Dr Ned in a newsbang a while ago, but I think Borderlands is getting a bit old now, we are really behind on episode 2 due to having to make freeview shows as well so when we do full on YouTube reviews we want them to be a bit more up to date. The review and footage of Flashpoint was done before xmas, it was only last week that we could manage to get time to film the outdoor bits!

  • its okay not alot is known about inversion..it looks fun though.

but yeah good job on the reviews and such. i think i would do a good job on the reviews, but i just dont have the time and money for all the hardware and such. i also have a 3 month volunteer thing at twisted pixel coming up next week

  • Hey thats cool, are they the guys that made Splosion Man? Im playing tht at the moment, it was on sale! Wht will you be doing there?

  • LOL @ the Simon & Garfunkel song at the end. Fits perfectly!

  • Nice effects, awesome review. What software do you use?

  • We use a mixture of final cut pro, adobe after effects and 3d studio max. Brendan is the special genius though, he does all the real flashy stuff!

  • Can you review Mortal Kombat and have Ian uppercutted into a pit of big spikes, i bet he'd be well up for it! The ginger bearded PUSSYYY!

  • IanGT: I hate you Alex!

  • wicked review, totally agree with what you said about OF:DR. you guys are funny as hell keep it up

  • lol yeah nice effects and very good review as usual

    mooooooooooommy!!!!

  • Nice effects guys, but you need a HD capture card, its hard to look at the footage!

  • IanGT: I totally agree, and it is the next thing on our list to buy!! Anyone know of any good ones that are not too expensive?!

  • Hauppauge HD PVR is the best really. Should be roughly £150 which for a HD capture card is pretty cheap!
