@yellowflash345 Follow the fence,there is a break in it about half way along.My game is bang upto date patch wise and u can still get the veles and the artifact which allows you to carry 20kg more.Make sure u have anti rad with u,there are a few areas with high radiation.Hope i've helped u out :-)
But i have problems with the fance.. can't pass this damn thing.. I find a path but it is telling me that the radiation is to high and i need some protection.. does it mean a better suit or..?? give me a tip pls...
i've got the normal version (1.5.04) and I find this place.
