Well, I've just seen a picture of a 48 year old woman who looked stunning and said that she gives herself a facial once a week and excersises Shiatsu massage once a week too. She does yoga and stays out of the sun. She looked so healthy (not botoxed!) so I thought let me see what Shiatus massage is. Thank you for this explanation. It looks lovely, I shall try it. The voice is also very very relaxing. Cool video!! Who's skin can't use a bit of circulation improvement? ; )
