Can Someone please explain me why there are soo few cars on the road in this video, you see only high buildings, so many people do they all take the bus?

There are so few cars on the road because over 90% of the residents use public transit to get to places. Hong Kong is one of 2 cities in the world that has adopted the high-rise living theme years ago, Seoul being the other but at a lesser extent. It is not necessary a good thing, but it sure is unique.
