Another wonderful way to get children connected with books is by visiting your local library. Not only are the books free to check out and bring home with your library card, but the story teller is most often a schooled librarian that has earned his/her master's degree in library science. Some libraries also offer crafts that the children can make and bring home. One more option for getting out and about with your child.
