Really hoping you'll be going back to the gardens in Spring 2011 to add new footage and re-edit this film. I've done a selection of paintings about the Chinese and Japanese gardens by Oriental Lake which are being fully restored and extended.
Sad to see the way it has all been left to rot. It brought a lot of pleasure to a lot of people in its day. I worked there when it reopened in the late 80s and have many photos. Great work in making this video. I, like many others, feel it is important to preserve our lifetime in this form.
