I never say that theses girls are pro. they like playing DDR and ITG songs, and i think 2 girls playing ITG with a medium level (witch is not so bad) is nicer than two guys stomping dance pad on expert or challenge mode, like i do myself
ITG has not been given very nice Japanese pop songs either. Or colors, or atmosphere. ITG players come from a gameplay aspect, whereas I come from both a gameplay aspect AND I focus heavily on the atmosphere of the game. Why play a game if you're not going to feel good at the end of it? DDR leaves you with a positive feeling, ITG just leaves you with the happy feeling exercise gives you, not the game itself.
I really don't see where you're going with this. How doesn't ITG have color or atmosphere? DDR limits you to the boundaries Konami gives its terrible mixes. ITG has full customability. If you want color, then make it that way.

Well, you really didn't pick the good songs. I would say DoLL, Mugen, Sakura, Ever Snow, etc. beat the ITG songs. Heak, even True Love beats the ITG songs. The ITG songs sound like cheap Kindergarten projects, whereas DDR sounds like real composers put it together.
Who cares if the songs are better? You can hack any song onto an ITG machine, where you have to deal with DDR's crappy charts. You can't play Infernoplex, Caramelldansen, Into the Inferno, etc. on DDR. You have a select (200) songs on a machine, but you can put 1000's of songs on ITG. Plus, DDR charts suck (Pluto Relinquish, On the Bounce, FETLM, etc.). ITG charts are more than senseless crossovers.
@travelsonic A lot of the old stuff was good, but after Extreme, it went to shit. SN, SN2, X, X2 all sucked. ITG had great original charts that were hard, but not totally based on crossovers. Also, ITG wasn't full of shitty American pop music.
The ITG machine nearest to me has every single DDR song (from basically all versions) and every single ITG series song and hundreds of originals, mainstream, dance, boss songs, and the full mungyodance packs, for a total of like 2000 songs. So um, yeah.
DDR stepfiles are terrible. It's like they put random crossovers and doubletaps that don't make rhythmic sense and just aren't fun. Also, the colorful backgrounds are distracting and can make easy songs hard to read (very annoying).

if you get the pads they're using, they come with USB adapter that REALLY WORK THE FIRST TIME. you just have to go into joymapping and make it so the buttons to something.
