Difficulty in Walking Due to Severe Osteoarthritis of Knee

I do have the osteoarthristis too,but I am 42 and still young....I hope nothing serious when I get old just like him difficult walking.... I look at my left osteoarthristis finger is widing than the right finger! Oh geez that sucks!

I hope this man is getting the help he needs. My mom's toes are crossing so bad that she can hardly stand and walk. I was wondering if anyone can direct me to the best help for this.
