I have spent $0 playing LoL and I find the game and the community to be more fun then Heroes of Newerth by far. Plus, LoL doesn't need a "deny" mechanic (believe me I've denied enough in HoN to know what it's like,) because there's a bigger "harras" mechanic in it, which technically denies the creeps gold already, plus its very fun, like I already said. So shh if you haven't played it alot.

you have to pay to get skins, you can pay to get advantages, like xp boots, and you can pay for champions that noobs just cant counter (shaco, garen, master yi) to get another advantage. and there is no bigger Harrash mechanic in lol.
