Terrific video. As a pilot, I always wondered how they were made. I'm surprised how manual/labor-intensive the processes are, but I guess that's to be expected given the relatively low volumes. Despite the molds, it leaves me wondering if each one is exactly the same. Now I understand why some are so expensive.
This is Shempp-Hirth Flugzeugbau in Kirchheim-unter-Teck near Stuttgart. I worked there for a few months several years ago helping to make wings and learning to do repairs. Nice to see some familiar faces in the video! Pretty good video with only a few of the usual factual inaccuracies ;-)
Very nice high tech composite work...German probably. The video shows just a very small part of the job. Race sailing boats like the 60 feet or Maxi trimarans are made in similar way in France. About the color of the glider: it's white to not absorb heat that could soften the resin (not melt it). A lot of laminating epoxy resins begin to soft around 60-80 degrees Celsius and can cause a print out of the cloth or permanent damage.
@hypno159753 Yes your right, but only wood/cloth, metal gliders can be painted in different colors. But fiberglass and carbon fiber gliders needs to be white, other colors can actually get so much heat from the sun, that will melt the resin in the fuselage and wing, So to prevent that they use white that reflects the light from the sun, so they don't need to be worried about melting resin.
This is a very interesting video, but I just wondering how the workers protect his breeding health...

What if the wing came off during flight??
That would be a problem..

glider's main difference is that it can glide-fly without thrust generated by engine long distances.
