Can this truly give me peace of mind? I have looked for answers everywhere but no luck.... I have been left by a friend I truly liked because of my mistake.... she was everything to me.... now all I feel is depression.... constant thinking of her.... I could keep going but there is no point.... can this truly help me?

So if I free my mind from the constant dialog, which in this case is her.... I will attain the peace of mind that I long for? Will I finally be what I used to be?
there is almost always a complex dialog of superficial thoughts on many levels about many things...as your mind heals, the hurt will dissipate and only the loving thoughts will remain
...please remember these are thoughts based on my experience
to me meditation is a way to quiet the near constant internal dialog of superficial thoughts so that we can go more deeply within...sometimes it is peace and love...other times it is undoing unresolved conflicts in our memory of the past :)
I guess you need a director's account or to become a partner. I always hear people referring to director's accounts as "old school" director's accounts. I don't know if that means you can't get one anymore.
I have what you are calling an "old school" director's account - Even though I changed my account type in the last year to "guru", it still kept it's permissions to post videos of any length. Some time ago they changed the natural permissions that a director account is given. But they didn't go back and change all of the old director accounts because many of them would have all sorts of videos longer than 10:00 minutes.
I guess there have to be some limits. Otherwise everybody and their mothers would make 45 minute videos of themselves doing absolutely nothing and taking up bandwidth. That's exactly what I do, so I guess I shouldn't be talking, but many of my videos are 3 or 4 minutes.
lol...10 minutes is usually enough time...i try to make my vids as short as possible but somtimes 10 minutes is just not enough...i have a 3 second vid...lol
