@michaelmp5 - this i need. the store ran out of stock for sera ph minus and i thought i needed to use some emergency measures to neutralize my too alkaline water in the aquarium. few drops of vinegar not a good idea? not too much to make it acidic, though.

@miniswede12 - hello. in my case, i was able to buy SERA PH MINUS AND PH PLUS from a pet store. after you test for ph of the water you'll know what to use. PH Test kits are also available in pet stores.
