No get it right !!! incorrect visa applications cost the applicant time and money not the government...after all if it gets refused the applicants fee is not refundable and and the UKBA gets to keep it all ...this also leads to them refusing visas unfairly like they did ours although ours wasn't a student visa but a spouse one costing over £700 in the hope we will all apply again so they can fleece you for more !!!!!!! nice money spinner I think ......
