I'm only 25 and my hairline looks exactly like the man in the video. Am I too young to have surgery? My brother and dad both have perfect straight hairlines. At 1d y/o, your are too young to have surgery. However, you can slow down male pattern hair loss by talking to your dermatology for appropriate conservative medical treat.

@Josh9415 horw receded is it, if its like this guy that means ur balding if its just a bit on the tamples and in the middle its the same its just a mature hairline i have the same hairline as eveyone in my family str8 in the front a maybe a half of an inch up on the temples thats normal when ur a teen u have a juvenile hairline and that hairline changes as u grow older but if ur hair is thinning than u ight have a problem u should than talk to a doctor and take vitamins
