  • It is recommended to weigh yourself only once a week:) so every saturday morning, you should weigh yourself to know an accurate weightloss!:)

It is a long and slow process but I just wanted to let you know that you have been one of my inspirations. I watch your channel and you give me such hope.   • i love this! I just stopped weight watchers because I stopped tracking. I need this challenge. I am 149 right now.

  • You know, I"m so glad I started the challenge JUST because you said that! I don't want people to give up, EVER!
