A&T was definitely the best band by far in this competition. The music was pumping the whole time by everyone on the drumline. And did I mention the acrobatics also while they were doing their thing. Some of the people that had little jealous comments might want to learn a few things from this drumline instead of player hating!! This is the first time that I have seen this video and I was blown away!! As they say practice makes "PERFECT". Much love from Ms. New York!!!
nice show i just wish yall stay still and chop a lil bit more for the percussionist out here yall say yall chop let us see it get a lil destracted when u got every body moving around different places for kno reason while the snares is playin a solo part i got to watch the show 4 or 5 times before i see everything yall did but good job tho....thanks for bring the girls wit yall tho we all love to see them
Not bad fellas. coming from a bongo. I just dont like how drumlines now and days just walk through transitions to different formation and how everyone wants to pump up the crowd like. My alma mater is guilty of this as well. Makes it kinda look like a circus now and not a percussion feature. Where's the precision? Not just playing but all aspects. I think this show was funky as hell though. Maybe I am just ol' school.
really good show I was cool all the way up to the cat that JUMPED ON AND OVER THE SNARES!!!!!!! All I can think of is a strap breaking and that drum hitting the ground, or him going through the drum! Im sorry Stuff like that is just not my cup-o-tea as a percussionist. but that is opinion. The fact is that was a good show. congrats.
Im Louisville Kentucky and play for the River City drum corp and i never heard something so tight like that! Yaw go hard!!!
