Pretty much the only parts of a match that are predetermined are the big bumps and the endings. They improv the entire thing from start to finish up until a few set moments and whoever gets the actual pin. And for fake nonsense, it sure is watched more and sells more than any other sport....yep, sport, and more successful :)
