80% of that was meaningless tweaks done at high speed to show off. Barely any 'enhancement' was actually achieved and it took 4:13 speeded up! The model has flawless skin so no patch/heal was particularly necessary anyway and the biggest problem with this photo was probably the composition, which wasn't adjusted at all...I wouldn't normally criticise a tutorial because they're usually offered in a spirit of sharing knowledge, but this is just an exercise in showing off, and it's not all that.
but try not to speed up the video that even we can not understand and see what is going on, seems like a battle between two troops running against each other.
So, the technique is loose focus, not only of the photo, but of the meaning of the word tutorial.
The ends does not justify the means. The title of this video should not contain the word Tutorial, It should say something like look what I can do, follow me IF you can, bate and switch, I have ADD, I should have gone to the toilet before starting this video. But not Tutorial.

Wow that was GREAT.
Some nice skills.
But it would be easier for beginners like me if you could do it a bit slower. I missed some things.
