  • لبى قلبك يا نارتو الشرس

    مع تحيات معمر الغذافي

  • i've not understood a fuck what she's saying, but i like it

  • the song actually isnt any language. It's a series of vocalisations created by welsh composer Karl Jenkins, and created quite cleverly at that. It was created to show the use of the voice as an instrument in and of itself. Hope that helps stop any arguments.

  • @sunstreak1 tIENES MUCHA RAZON.... NO HAY TRADUCCION PARA ESTA OBRA MAESTRA ES EN REALIDAD UN COMPLEJO JUEGO DE VOCALIZACIONES...

  • ez olyan szép, tök jó, hogy tanultuk énekórán :D

  • The language is ESTONIAN according to a translator.

  • does anyone know when they made this song ?

and i think that they are speaking in latin

  • your kidding right they did use this song in the movie.

you need to watch it again

  • @shadowtross no really, they didn't...

  • que idioma es este?

  • which language is it??

  • Wasnt it used in Bärenbrüder or something like that?

  • yes it was in avatar . was it? i had listen this song when the na'vi celebrated the funeral of Grace! it's only very very beautifuuuuuuuuuuuuullllllllllu

    >_<

  • this song is adiemus from enya

  • right seriously it doesnt matter what language it is just shut up and listen to the beauty of the song , and it doesnt even have a language it is a bunch of sounds with which they co-ordinated to make this piece of music which to be honest its spectacular! now stop arguing people sheesh! <3

  • @MegaShanshan12 Yeah! It is a bunch of random words strung together to sound good! I know because we are singing this in choir next assembly. I-i might get hiccups or- or stumble on a word or... or YAWN half through the song!! Oh gosh I am so nervous! Im on choir because most other people cant pronounce Japanese or Russian words if they are Canadian but I can.

  • this song was before the movie avatar

  • this song is not intended to be in avatar movie noobs

  • I know that isnt used in Avatar @theevhorscope I whant to know the meaning of the song *-*

  • It's not a language, just words that sounds good for choir eh

  • african language

  • @nikiognianov , que tipo de lenguaje crees que es???, que nacion habla asi????

  • de que pais crees que es ???'

  • wich language is? isnt latin... isnt Occidental

  • @jolines112

As far as I know, this is Adiemus by Adiemus and it wasn't used in Avatar. As for the lyrics, they're absolutely meaningless. The Author used a set of invented or semi-invented words which could have fit together. Well, the outcome is quite outstanding, anyway. Isn't it? :)

  • It's nice.

  • 11 ppls dont come from the planet earth!!

  • you can feel this song is written with a heart, its a beauty!

  • you can feel this song is written with a heart, its a beauty!

  • Not in Avatar.

    Nice try.

  • it was okay

  • Adiemus is by Karl Jenkins' Adiemus.

Avatar is by Dead Can Dance (one of many with a song with that title, but the closest the what you're trying to convey)

Enya never sang Adiemus, and she is not even in the video concocted by you.

Lastly, Enya, Adiemus, ERA, or even Dead Can Dance are in the soundtrack of the film Avatar; the score was written by James Horner (by the way the soundtrack has a great song by Leona Lewis)

PLEASE, do some research before giving credit where is not due. Peace!!!

  • nice

  • ILOVEIT!!

  • its so emotional... love it <3 ^^

  • awwwsoome!!!

  • I'll finish the primary school on June18, and it will be the music during the farewell or what :)

  • reminds me of africa^^

  • was used for an avatar trailer i think, not in the actual film, and ive herd the singer is miriam stockley, although it does sound very similar to enya

  • 8 retards dislike this song

  • Love it!

  • this is adiemus.... by enya.....

  • @SashAnTash Not by Enya. Miriam Stockley.

  • @LaPetiteNyctale huh, well maybe they both do a very similar versions ;)

  • i didn't know that this song was used in avatar, but everytime I listened, it reminded me of avatar

  • Ha ha ha, why a lot of people still think Enya is singing this...?

I mean, where is the first place what make the fake...?

The singer is Miriam Stockley with all the stuff of Adiemus (Musical Group) produced by Karl...

But i like Enya too.. ha ha...

    Beautiful song !!

  • Super, super you are the best.

  • Einfach nur Geil ^^

  • wow Celtic, cool....

  • It's Celtic

  • @seacat243 ok tnx for the info... :)

  • You're welcome. ^^

  • bellìssìma canzone

  • id like to know whats she singing? cant understand a damn thing, but its a beautiful song :)

  • @PIRATECAPTAINGUY It's the language Celtic

  • @seacat243 Celtic? cool.....how did you know? can you speak Celtic?

  • Yeah. It's Celtic. My Music teacher told me when we were going to Centre in the Square (Canada) and performing. Oh no. I can't speak it. I think it's a language. I've heard a rumor going around that it wasn't really a language. If it is though, I really want to learn it. ^^

  • @seacat243 Celtic is a subfamily of Indo-European languages. This is not a language, as the singers are not singing actual words but rather syllables and words invented by Karl Jenkins. This is NOT Enya by the way, and has nothing to do with her. She didn't even sing in any of the five Adiemus albums.

  • Oh. thnaks for telling me.

  • song of Avatar???? no...

  • I sang this song in chorus

  • its fantastic

  • I didn't know they sing this in Avatar until now.

  • is beatifull men y.y

  • o.o this song is in AVATAR ?????!?!!!!!! i never noticed until now..

  • @Kagome8055 nop, but the song Becoming one with Neytiri. is very close, listen at the 0.55

    watch?v=OQFRgbnpO9E

    :)))

  • @Kagome8055 When the Na`vii sing at grace`s funeral i think.

  • @Kagome8055 Is the name of the song, it have nothing in common with avatar, originally an avatar is the reincarnation of a indian god

  • @falnica It is NOT the name of the song, the name is Adiemus

  • This project, Era, includes always invented words.

  • When I asked then our teacher, I was confused. Very much.

But he believed that it is not real.

  • our theacher told us, this language didn't exist really.

    it's just fantasy.

  • @xLavazzara you're right. they're just some words they've created and they don't mean anything :D

  • this language didn't exist really.

Our music teacher told us so far.

  • this...song...is...beautiful! gawd i wish i cud find it on itunes! :O

  • @KaeptinSparrow it isn't latin... i study latin and this word doesn't exist in the latin vocabulary maybe... the only word you can find it's adiemus

  • so kawaiii!!.. nande ?? nu entendi D:

  • That is no language!!!!!! we was singing this in the choir!!! :D

  • Namaste has several meanings. 1 is very simple and of physical form. 2 & 3 is what the 2 main characters were really saying to each other when they would say I See You

    1-I bow to you

2- That which is of God in me greets that which is of God in you

3- The Divinity within me perceives and adores the Divinity within you

When they both said I See You they were saying that they saw the God in them, therefore they could see who they really were and they could also see themselves cause we are all one!

  • i put this song on my newest CD

    i <3 it

  • very false

  • As Karl puts it: "The text in Adiemus is written phonetically, with the words viewed as instrumental sound. The human voice is the oldest instrument and by removing the distraction of lyrics, we hope to create a sound that is universal and timeless. The knowledge that Adiemus has a meaning - 'we will draw near' ( in Latin) invokes what I feel to be an appropriate concept of bringing people together."

When written, Jenkins had no idea that the word adiemus in Latin meant "We Will Draw Near".

  • The song is called Adiemus. Written by Welsh composer Karl Jenkins and the first movement of of a musical piece called "Songs of Santuary". In this recording the soloist is Miriam Stokley.

  • tzzz marly hp je gwn van mij! haha

ik dee ook die reactie, niet aangekome

    LOLZ

  • its so wonderful.

    i love it.

    its full feelig *.*

  • I don't think it's a real language... And if it is an language, I think it's not from Europe or something.. (btw, I'm from Holland xd, Pays-Bas. lol.)

  • Le debut de la chanson et bien en latin et apres quand les choeurs chanten en fond c'est surement un chant ethnique d'afrique

  • i think its no 'real' language. someone told me these words are just chosen because of the harmony with the melody

  • it is me from gaounii

  • Sounds like Latin

  • wonderful song, ea, enya's rules

  • I have a question: Wasn't Adiemus composed by Karl Jenkins? Is this another version sung by Enya? Apparently they are both the same version and composition. Who can explain me this?

  • just to say , this isent a laungage its made up , me and my mum had a convosation about it she said its made up and looked it up and found out it was .

  • Can also be some African Language

  • I think they sing on Latin:P

  • can this be translated? ?

  • I don't know what's the language in this song.

    This is oginal lyric :)

  • @MullenLDZ it's Latin

  • Actually, from what I've heard, It's Celtic.

  • @MullenLDZ the language of this song is invented for us to focus on the beauty of music and not what he says

  • It's Celtic

  • @MullenLDZ Its not a language, these are made up words and syllables. By the way, correct the title by removing replacing Enya with Karl Jenkins. This isn't Enya.

  • @badrabbit0077 okey the tittle is correct ^^ sory for this :)

  • @MullenLDZ @badrabbit0077 No, you got it wrong again. lol Enya has nothing to do with this, and its not even her singing. Google Adiemus and look at the wiki page, if you scroll down you'll see the list of singers, take notice that Enya is not one of them. Thanks.

  • @badrabbit0077 soo what's this song name?

  • @MullenLDZ Adiemus by Karl Jenkins.

  • @MullenLDZ The name of the song is Adiemus. By Karl Jenkins....It's a really good piece of art.

  • @MaRiAsh92 its in jibberish, its not actually a language.

    I know cool right?

  • @Hoofanna yeaa :) the song's awesome

  • @MaRiAsh92 they can not be translated ; they were chosen because of their nice sound :D

  • @MaRiAsh92 this song was written in ancient gaelic.....very very complicated language

  • ahyyodoeeh

    aguante argentina xD

  • THANKS FOR THE VIDEO

  • No problem :)

  • SORETE Q SOS MULLNLDZ

  • @elverde93 Yes I no understand this comment :D but i Like this song soo much! ;)

  • @MullenLDZ Enya is not singing the song.

  • @akissy ok, what name this song?

  • @MullenLDZ Avatar

  • we sang that in a contest...it was perfect...yea it's not really a language..our teacher said they made it up ....

  • its not really a language...i guess its like jibberish unless its an ancient language

  • brilliant idea its amazing video

  • ave domus domus dulcis domus ave era

  • its a language invited by the componist karl Jenkins.

He wants to non-focus a song divided into the parts of instumental and vocal part. so he used the voices of the singers just like an instrument so you can enjoy the song as a whole thing.

  • *nod-nod* Awesome, no?

Also, Enya is NOT the prima vocalist, she is seen in Jenkins's video and is harmonizing with the lead, but is not the featured singer. She never was.

  • this song is sooooooooo good

    i can't stop listening to it!! <3

  • what language is this one?

  • i lov this song

  • wonderful <3

  • It´s my leng ;)

  • and what's your language?

    aweful song!!

    <3

  • Theres no language actually coz its made for mothe earth

  • the language is made up by the composer Karl Jenkins for a band called "Adiemus" (song title the same name)& yes it is Miriam Stockley singing (with choir)
