  • It will take roughly a month to abs if you are thin to medium built but within a week and half you should be able to see some tone if you do it at least once properly! And don't forget to do cardio. It's hard to keep up with cardio so I would just walk a lot at a brisk pace everyday (get a pedometer, it helps). Also, do NOT treat yourself to McDonalds before you get abs. It's tempting but it just takes that one burger to put the layers back on your waist.

  • to get better faster results run, the BEST thing you can do to get in better shape is some kind of cardio workout. I already have abs, but after doing this ONCE i noticed a difference in the way my abs looked... i do this after running 2.8 miles in 90 degree wheather.... running helps your body burn more calories and raises your metabolism... = FASTER ABS!!!
