Stephanopoulus is right! Edwards clearly won this debate. If the next round of primary voters watched this, Edwards will come in first place during the upcoming primaries. Edwards will be able to take, and beat, any of the Republican candidates. This man is a winner.

John Edwards was on the ball tonight, but he needs to be more original with his examples on poverty. People don't want to continually hear choreographed examples of poverty.

Stop saying ["I" "I" "I" did] all of the time! What people want to hear is what is wrong and what you're plan is to improve the the situation.

Stop sounding like a broken record.

Edwards needs to be specific about how the laws and policies that have been forced through the pipeline by greedy corporations are really acts of treason that are robbing our families of their hard earned dollars.

And he needs to provide specific examples of how he is going to transform the lending institutions from predators and traitors into respectable institutions that help provide a service to families, the economy and the American way.

You are absolutely right...A recent CNN Survey shows that the economy is the top concern of voters (%29).

Edwards needs to get far more creative in how he tells people what is wrong with the economy and how he is going to fix it.

Bank deregulations as far back as 1998 have allowed Banks to jack up their credit card interest rates from 6.99 to 22.00 even if a person pays their bill on time. This type of legalized stealing from the banks is helping to bankrupt American families.

John, I am a 19-year-old Indiana voter torn between you and Senator Obama. I think you are both exceptional candidates for the presidency and I just want you to know that I was glued to the television tonight and your words moved me. You clearly won this debate and I believe you struck excitement into the hearts of voters, especially those in the middle class.
