I think not because everyone doesn't like her. Maybe they chose Joanne Peh to be the best actress because she needs to act on the disgusting parts, like the mouse-eating parts, and the mad woman part, and last but not least, the rape part. But Jeanette Aw, well, she didn't act those parts...
