I always hated airline customer service people because i thought they had the attitudes. I can understand that they are alot of assholes but you guys are even mean to people who are nice to you. So I say fk you guys for being mean to me because some asshole ruined your day.

yeeah deffo, yesterday i was working the checkout and this woman comes up with a chair, second hand shop, it was £2..(im in the uk) turns out she lives near my boss and she's like can you ask him to take it up for me? so i say yeah i'll ask, today im there and she comes back cuz he didnt do it cuz he was drinking coz of the royal wedding, she's basically saying where the fuck is my chair acting like its my fault but in that soft fake calm tone, and she didnt even pay for delivery just expects it

I applaud your helpful attitude while on break but you could of have taken the guy to some1 who was not on break. I worked as an RN for many years. Older gay men were my worst patients, ever! Next were obese black women, Next were divorced or bitter black women who hated black men. Too many of them thought they could tell me how to do my job... cause their mama was a NURSING AIDE. I found myself constantly reminding them that an AIDE was NOT an RN. But you couldn't tell them that.

You know, it's in customer service that you can really see what human beings are capable of and what levels they will sink to in demanding what they want. I've got a lot of friends who work in customer service, and each of us have our own stories to tell.
I work for Sprint and girl let me tell you, customer service jobs can be a fucking mess, i done had everything from Suck my dick, I should be killed, and so much more. So i really can relate, humans on this earth can be a mess sometimes, and now when i call people are come in contact with reps when i handle my person everyday business, i made sure i treat them with the upmost repect and i get mad at my friends when they tell me they went off on a CS rep or something , gurl i let them have it.
You're so professional in handling customers, I've worked in a drive thru pharmacy area and almost killed a guy and i was fired at the moment...God bless you and you need to rub off your beautiful lovely spirit in me plzzz.......
