There is a key on the roof of the box that the person can't see... I think they can't see it. And you grab the key and unlock the box with it... somewhere. Or you just pull it down I can't remember. It's pretty simple if you examine the box first. Okay, there's a syringe in there, AKA antidote. Cool. Hm. There is a key there also. That I might need. Hm what's this? The syringe is stuck? Well that sucks. *Pull* Ow razors. Key time. the end.

On the behind the scenes part it says that the blades are disguised so she doesn't see them when she first puts her hands in, and notice there's a padlock on the top, if she'd just walked around the room a little bit then she would have found the key that would open the top so she could have just opened it and got the needle with no problem
