we all know that this is the case...but Late Sh. Rajiv Dixit has forgot to mention what is the Indian govt. doing for the fresh graduates and postgraduates and scientists....nothing....no facilities....nothing....this is the only reason for brain drain...not just because Indians run behind money....if facilities may given in India itself...there will be a sharp decrease in this problem...
