Time delays after shooting, stabbing, well lots of things, you should be able to do actions INSTANTLY after another one.

Should make climbing easyer ect, and getting stuck on a stupid little fucking brick on the floor and getting impossible.

ALSO MARATHON should be standard, all players infinate run without it as a perk.

No army would employ some fat blob who has to take a breather after 3 seconds of running. Rest after the battle.
