Well, you certainly make a good case but you see, he would actually have to have payaras first. Either way, from what I can find, the largest payara ever found was around 47 inches and they don't get anywhere near that length in captivity. Giant snakeheads grow to over 60". They are mean sons of bitches too and have been reported to have attacked and killed bass and pike twice their size. Let me illustrate my point with something a bit tougher than a goldfish:
