The arguments going back and forth on here are interesting... it only proves that my God (and Satan!) exist - BECAUSE there is great conflict over all of this. The people who do not believe feel urged to create conflict over this, rather than simply letting it go and just saying 'oh you know.. those Christians..." They feel that they HAVE to argue with us, to try and prove that we are wrong... but really it seems that the arguing comes from an insecurity of wondering if they are really right.

We're not meant to 'fight' the devil. Fighting the devil is Jesus' part. STANDING FIRM is our part. And that means, we are to refuse to give in the devil's temptations, as well as refusing to give up on what God is seeking to do in and through us.
Sin actually means rebellion against God. Read Duet 9:7 or Joshua 1:18.

It is the knowledge and beliefe in the scriptures, So that when the lies of the enemy and the principalities of darkness that rule this world come against you, you might know the truth and counter attack using the sword which is the word of God. I think that anything that is principally designed to prevent change is conservative and defies modern logic. They say if it ain't broke don't fix it but I think faith is far from "ain't broke".

No one can prove there is no God or Jesus Christ did not rise from the dead. But yet you can indeed prove there is a God and Jesus did rise from the dead. Over 500 accounts of Jesus rising from the dead by both friends and foes have been recorded and have not been disproven. Yes you do have a spirit!!

That has no weight, I could say that the universe is the shape of an apple and as there is no evidence for or against I am therefore correct. This makes No sense.

He is far from correct. Infinity does this because it is not a number in the first place. It is a concept and therefore it is not subject to addition and subtraction, it is equivalent to saying "What is freedom minus freedom?"

@TheBlasphemous We as christians do not follow the Torah at all. And the Old testement is to be a school master to us for us to better understand the new testement. The old law was fullfilled through Jesus Christ so we no longer as christians have to follow it. However the 10 commandments still stand. If you REALLY want to know what we as christians follow read Matthew chapter 5 all the way to chapter 8. Read ALL OF IT. And like you said :) dont cherry pick. Then you wont be ignorant next time.

God detests sin and is angered towards it but when we as sinful men repent he is indeed mercifull and his anger only lasts a moment! Now if you look in MT 25:46 and JE 17:4 You can not take the words "Gods anger or wrath" out of context. These chapters are talking about Gods final judgment. When the Lord returns he will return as a judge sitting on a throne of heavenly glory. As a Just Judge.
