I directed "Spring Awakening" at Arizona Conservatory for Arts and Academics which we presented on Nov. 9-12, 2011. ACAA is a public non-tuition charter school in Phoenix, and I'm thrilled to see that other High Schools are producing it as well!! You can find some of our footage on YouTube and I hope there will be lots more to come from schools all across the country. I'd love to share stories on how we all dealt with the controversial content, if any of you other directors are out there!!
