But this is not a real certificate from the hospital signed by nurses and doctors. However, Amendment 14 section, which would super cede article 2, states that naturalized citizens of the US, have all rights and privileges of natural born citizens. Of course my whole arguement doesn't apply because, like you said, he was born in goddamn Hawaii, two years AFTER it became a US state.

Lets see, I was born in the US, lived there for most of my life, have a US passport, have eligibility to selective service (i was told this when i renewed my passport), can vote when im 18 (also told when renewing passport), my passport says my nationality is American and nothing else my parents are both not US citizens which means I could not naturalize. so, what am i? according to orly taitz, i apparently have no nationality or citizenship anywhere.

you guy dont get it! in hawaii you can get a certificate of live birth by mailing in a sworn statement by relatives that a child was born in hawaii. But this is not a real certificate from the hospital signed by nurses and doctors. Obama will not release the real certificate because he does not have one and that is why he is spending hundreds of thousands of dollars battling this issue.

My dear 9nunyabiz9, you may check with Wikipedia and see that Moldavian SSR was one of the 15 republics of the USSR until the USSR fell apart in 1991. In 1981, when your beloved dentist emigrated under KGB protection, Moldova was part of the USSR.

My winery is so large that tourists are able to drive their automobiles in both directions through the area containing the aging vats. There is literally a road through the center of the building, which includes parking spaces near the public tasting rooms.

The thing that I want to know more about is the thing she was saying about the fact that Hawaii only requires one relative to confirm that he was born in Hawaii and that's how you get the birth certificate. If this is true then the Newspaper articles stating that he was born and has a birth certificate really means nothing.

Gwyka, Fukino doesn't say from what that original birth record is derived. That statement does not show that Obama has a hospital long form, his original birth certificate could've been derived from the COLB.

None of the interviewers' questions can make a birth certificate show up when there is none. No Democrats whatsoever are curious as to Obama's college records or his youth? This guy who calls himself president is as phony as a three dollar bill. He is a creation, a fabrication, right out of a James Bond plot. What Orly said about Hawaii is that they only require one relative to sa where he was born in order to get a birth certificate.... and if this is true then the fact that EVEN IF he DOES have a legitimate birth certificate means nothing at all..
HOWEVER, if what CENK says is true about the certificate coming from the hospital is true then the answer to whether or not he was born here is obvious.
