I still look forward to the day i can take my grandchildren to the capital to see the Ron Paul memorial and tell them the story about a great man who in the face of watching his country be destoryed stood up and inspired millions of people who may have otherwise thought they were alone(i was one) and he showed them we can never give up and we are together.

I first heard Ron Paul in one of the early GOP debates and thought he was a NUT! But the truth hit home on the 2nd listen-through. Truth as pure as what he spoke has a way cracking through falsehoods. Paul states that his run went far beyond his expectations. Let's hope the spark that was lit becomes a wildfire of freedom across this great land.

Today's (p)residential statement on the Afghanistan war strategy should be a wake up call for a healthy handful of folks who were hoping for a change that's obviously not happening. Future decisions by the 'new' war administration will certainly awaken more from their slumber.

It is a burden to have your eyes opened by Ron Paul. You have to see things the way they are, and how a lot of people are still so blind. I am so thankful that I see the truth, I just hope that this rEVOLution wasn't for nothing. It's hard to hold on to hope as this country continues to drive itself into the iceberg, knowing full well that the only chance of Dr. Paul becoming president passed us by. But his words are littered with great hope, as he tries to show a way to solve this crisis.

That is the point though. It has to die to be reborn. That is the reason for the hope so when things faulter and fall there will be masses there to erect it again. There is hope even in the death of things because there will always be birth too. I hope there is a deeper wisdom in that to be seen and it carries you through because times are going to get REALLY rough. But that is ok... it was meant too. Love others and be strong to carry them through too. That is the Hope of this movement.
