But the glow gauges on eBay and install them. They're just overlays. Very easy to install as long as you know how to disassemble your cluster.

Do they make these for a 2003 BMW E46/325i? I've looked around and can't seem to find anything.

I'm sure they do, but I'm not certain. Look for glow gauges on eBay and see if they do. I searched BMW glow gauges and found these for E38 and E39.
