It really was Will pills not Carlton. So I made a mistake on that note. Will was taken speed pills in order to study his test mid-term or maybe to practice at his basketball game. Anyway Carlton has a headach and he ask Will for some aspirin pills to stop the pain. And Will was so out of it. He told Carlton the pills was in his Locker and Carlton took some pills and went nuts. And he end up in the hospital, but he was ok. But he could die and Will apologize to the family.

@quboot I think he said something about the dolls not having enough room so he built an annex. Poster Girl just means that she's a perfect example....like Arnold is the poster boy for bodybuilding. So Mallory is the poster girl for people who get C minus grades in school.

I agree that that is not why most people (especially teens) take drugs! I guess that these shows were afraid to deal with the issue head-on. Another show that dealt with drugs on at least two episodes was "Facts of Life". In my opinion, they dealt with it relatively realistically.

Does speed really make someone feel the way Alex is feeling in that episode? ...just curious about that drug. It's amazing what power tiny pills can do, to one's body. My ex-girlfriend gave me a tiny green pill, and i was knocked out, sound asleep within 5 or 10 min. That stuff felt like anesthesia, very powerful!

No Doze is full of caffeine and speed is Amphetamines. I drink strong coffee sometimes and I am a mess, make mistakes at work and general scrambled feeling, where as they give Amphetmines to A.D.D. kids and it settles them down or atleast they can focus their energy. Too late for me as an 80s child as no A.D.D. was discovered.
