I have some info on some of your questions :)

This song in english is _ Finale- there is always a tomorrow ( I found it that way :)) You won't probably find the whole musical on dvd ( I think there was never any official recording) but there are some clips from Broadway version on Youtube)

There is a whole "movie " from Graz production with english subtitles- search "Graz Dracula 1.1 English Subtitles "- I really recommend that :) and St. Gallen is a city in Switzerland

Well, the basic jist of the musical is that Dracula's wife Elizabeth killed herself because she thought he died fighting in the war. So, because of that, he turned away from 'the light' and became a vampire. Mina (aka *Girl* in your translation) is a reincarnation of Elizabeth, and they fall in love. In this scene, Dracula begs Mina to kill him instead of becoming a vampire herself. You can find the song in English on Youtube, probably under 'Finale' or 'I Was Born to Love You'.

heartbreaking is right. no matter how I see it performed, the last scene of Dracula always gets me... even if it's not in a language I speak. That, however, was the most heartwrenching of them all. Ann Christin Elverum seems to be a good Mina from the other clips I've seen too.
