I agree with most of your comments in particular with regards to a common currency. However, I do not agree with the comment that NZ is expecting a housing bubble burst in 09/10. In NZ we are presently experiencing a property recovering and most property experts are forecasting 8% p.a. price increases in prices over the next three years.
