ya this remix wasnt really planned or something i sat down to do. just through it 2gether in a couple minutes for fun. kinda forgot about this. probly gonna go back and touch it up

Sounds more like the sustained lyrics of Medicate are clashing with the metered beat of Prelude. as hubba921 said, tempos are a little out of sync, but what might also help is chopping up the legato vocals of Medicate more.
