  • well' this was very helpful' my mom and i try to be aware of what we eat but it can be very hard sometimes. this video makes it very simple and fool proof, without making people feel like they have to give everything up and feel shackled. only thing in our area fish is almost impossible to come by, cause the grocery stores wanna pawn sticky seafood on you, that only God knows where it came from.

  • And if you do not like to eat animals: Tofu or soy-products in general for the proteins (beans are great too, so mix them!) and for the Omega-3 and -6: add some linseed-oil :)

    legumes (chickpeas, soybeans, etc)

    any lean source of protein, you can google that for a food you might like,

    along with avocados (about 1/2 a day) for the omega 3s...

  • eat nuts, seeds, and oils(olive and vegetable oils, that is)

    I recommend eating almonds and flax seeds; flax oil ^^

  • Seriously, I dont get why everyone cares so much about their weight. Stop dieting and over eating, and just eat in moderation and get some excercise. No need to cut out carbs or skip meals. Meanwhile, diet companies make so much money off something so worthless. Sure weight is important, but everyone takes it to the extreme. If people actually watched what they eat and limited the amount, the world wouldnt have a problem and people wouldnt have to starve themselves just b/c they see some celeb.

  • Great tips! I assure you that I ain't eating pizza and stuff, most things in the vid I already follow. But yah I need to work better with when I eat.. And I'll try to add some vegies or fruits to every meal more often.. But I really hate fish!! I eat schrimps every now and then and I eat sushi once or twice a month.. But thats it.. Any help would be great :P
