Great tips! I assure you that I ain't eating pizza and stuff, most things in the vid I already follow. But yah I need to work better with when I eat.. And I'll try to add some vegies or fruits to every meal more often.. But I really hate fish!! I eat schrimps every now and then and I eat sushi once or twice a month.. But thats it.. Any help would be great :P
